If you are standing on 3rd tween Pike and Pine waiting for the D line to Ballard, and you look up [west], you will see a row of faces staring down at you that seem to be utterly aghast at the scene below. I don’t know the number of the building but it’s an older one, white. One could make up any number of stories about why these creatures are so shocked…Don’t get me started. As for the walruses, just be glad the architects didn’t get a bunch of oosiks…
